Submission Method
  • Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. Papers for publication must be submitted in full paper electronically via http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icapm2021
  • Papers for presentation only must be submitted by abstract.
  • At least one of the authors listed on the accepted paper must pay the registration.
  • If you need a formal conference invitation letter for visa application or any other purpose, please email to icapm@sciei.org

Guidelines for ICAPM 2021 Authors

  1. Manuscripts must be written in IOP format. Authors can choose either Microsoft Word template.
  2. Please be informed that by submitting your paper to the conference organizer, you, as author/representative of all the authors, grant a royalty free licence to IOP Publishing Limited (IOP) to use the copyright in the paper for the full term of copyright in all ways otherwise restricted by copyright, including the right to reproduce, distribute and communicate the article to the public under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) licence (creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0) and to make any other use which IOP may choose world-wide, by all means, media and formats, whether known or unknown at the date of submission, to the conference organizer.   3. Publication Ethics - Penalty against Plagiarism
    We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
  4. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:
    • Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
    • Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
    • Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
    • Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”
